Thank you for your interest in Woodlawn Christian School. We are very proud of our excellent academic programs, our exceptional students, and our outstanding faculty. Woodlawn Christian has been a leader in private education in Charlotte for 15 years. During that time we have grown from a daycare to an elementary through middle school. At Woodlawn, we utilize the A Beka curriculum which emphasizes language arts, math, science and the development of the whole child.

Woodlawn Christian School is a traditional school appealing to parents who are seeking a school with a proven curriculum; a school which encourages and rewards excellence and success; a school with firm, yet loving, discipline. In addition, we offer our innovative and exciting leadership program, designed to foster the academic, communication, social and interpersonal skills needed to help students become leaders in our community.

Technology is a vital part of our ever-changing world. At Woodlawn, our students receive a well-rounded education that includes technology because we feel it is a skill that will provide them with a long-term advantage in their future educational experiences and prepares them for careers that require technological fluency.

Our philosophy at Woodlawn is to develop the whole child. We offer our students a well-rounded education that also includes Bible, music, Spanish, art, physical education, computer skills, and etiquette. Our goal is to graduate students who are knowledgeable about the world and who are ready to take the lead towards a successful future.
