RATE SCHEDULE 2008 -2009
REGISTRATION AND
RE-ENROLLMENT REES:
The registration fee for all
new applicants is $75.00.
The re-enrollment fee is
$50.00 until April 15, after this date the cost is $75.00.
BOOK AND SUPPLY FEES:
Due by July 15th:
K4:

Kindergarten:
$130.00
First - Fifth Grades:
$155.00
Sixth - Eighth Grades: $200.00
INSURANCE:
Required of all students:
K4 – K5: $6.00
1st
– 8th: $8.00
ACTIVITY FEES:
This fee is for: Field
Trips, Art, PE, Foreign Language
and Computer Lab supplies.
Due quarterly:
K4: $75.00 ($18.75
per quarter)
Kindergarten: $100.00 ($25.00 per quarter)
First – Third: $175.00 ($43.75 per quarter)
Fourth – Eighth: $200.00 ($50.00 per quarter)
TUITION: Twenty Payments due
monthly on the 1st & 15th (Starting on Aug.1 – last
payment May 15th)
One child: $4,700 per year or $235 per payment
Two children:
$ 4,500 per child or $450 per payment
(includes both students)
Three children:
$ 4,300 per child or $645 per payment
(includes all)
Four Children:
$4,100 per child or $820 per payment (includes
all)
AFTER SCHOOL CARE:
$50.00 per child per week or
a daily rate of $11.00
$46.00 per child per week for two or a daily rate of $10 per
child
DAY CARE:
$30 per day whenever school
is closed, which includes hot lunch and afternoon snack.
The day runs from 7:00am – 6:00pm.
LUNCH:
Hot Lunch: $2.50; drink is
included. We ask that you pay with check in advance for the
month.
If your child brings lunch
from home, milk or juice can be purchased for $.50.
$15 Late Fee Charge:
All payments for tuition are
due on the 1st and the 15th of each
month
After School is due the Monday of service
Lunch accounts are to be paid in advance.
ANY STUDENT WHO’S ACCOUNT HAS
BECOME DELINQUENT TWO PAYMENTS, CAN BE DISMISSED UNTIL
THE ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. NO WCS RECORDS WILL BE
RELEASED THE ACCOUNT IS CURRENT.
NSF CHECKS: a
$25 fee will be applied to the account for returned checks.
